As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a creative and ambitious professional to join our Marketing & Design team and contribute to the visual identity and storytelling behind our projects.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual materials that convey the premium quality and refined identity of the Hestia brand.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong technical proficiency and a genuine passion for design, eager to grow within a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. This role collaborates closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Branding teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver visually engaging content across all communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design digital and print materials including brochures, presentations, social media visuals, advertisements, and property branding assets.

• Create and maintain cohesive brand visuals across all marketing channels and project campaigns.

• Design visual identities, branding concepts, and promotional materials for new property developments.

• Develop and refine brand guidelines, typography, and color systems to ensure design consistency across departments.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce creative content for both Greek and international audiences.

• Support the production of website assets and visuals aligned with web design best practices.

• Assist in preparing investor presentations, project pitch decks, and promotional materials for global audiences.

• Coordinate with external partners such as photographers, videographers, and printing houses to ensure high visual standards.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns, property naming, and visual storytelling strategies.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining design excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design; experience in real estate, architecture, or the luxury sector is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and branding principles.

• Basic knowledge of 3D design (Blender, Cinema4D, or similar) will be considered a valuable asset.

• Basic knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX tools will also be considered a valuable asset.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate creative concepts into high-quality deliverables.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

• Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
