KG Law Firm, a multidisciplinary, leading Greek law firm dating back to the 1930's and recognized as one of the most prestigious law firms in Greece, is seeking to recruit a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and contribute to the Firm's visual identity across all channels.

Main duties / Key responsibilities:

· Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all design work aligns with KG's brand identity and visual standards.

· Design and deliver visually engaging materials across print and digital platforms (presentations, brochures, reports, infographics, newsletters, banners, etc.).

· Develop and maintain visual assets for the firm's website, intranet, and social media presence.

· Contribute creative ideas for marketing and employer branding campaigns, events, and internal communications.

· Manage ad-hoc design requests, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.

· Strong independent work ethic and effective team collaboration

· Keen eye for detail and maintaining brand consistency

· Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders

· Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for design improvement and proposing innovative visual solutions aligned with brand objectives

· Flexibility and effective time management in handling multiple projects under pressure

· Commercial awareness to ensure all design work aligns with business and branding goals

Education and Experience:

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or related fields, showcased through a relevant portfolio

· Experience in professional services (law, consulting, accounting, etc.) is an advantage but not required

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

· Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Word)

· Strong skills in Canva and Mailchimp

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
