H 360LAB δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο της διαφήμισής και Marketing όπως και κατασκευές Ιστοσελίδων και ηλεκτρονικών καταστημάτων (eshop) αναζητάει ένα ορεξάτο άτομο που θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας Η θέση του Digital Marketing Coordinator είναι υπεύθυνη για όλες τις δραστηριότητες του Digital Marketing

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Προγραμματισμός εργασιών
  • Δημιουργία περιεχομένου, διαχείριση και λειτουργία των Social Media
  • Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα μάρκετινγκ για την αποτελεσματική δημιουργία και συντήρηση της digital marketing στρατηγικής
  • Άμεση και επαγγελματική διαχείριση των μηνυμάτων των πελατών σχετικά με τα προϊόντα (εξυπηρέτηση πελατών)
  • Επικοινωνία & συνεργασία με τους πελάτες χοντρικής για την ανάπτυξη εκστρατειών προώθησης των brand στην αγορά. ( digital campaigns, CRM, window stores, in-store, events)
  • Οργάνωση και ολοκλήρωση των φωτογραφήσεων ανά σεζόν σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη του τμήματος
  • Συνεχή αναζήτηση νέων trend, & brainstorming ιδεών και προτάσεων για φωτογραφήσεις, εικαστικά, λεκτικά κτλ
  • Ομαλή συνεργασία & επικοινωνία εσωτερικά με το τμήμα πωλήσεων
  • Δημιουργία και διαχείριση email marketing
  • Έλεγχος επισκεψιμότητας και δυνατότητα ανάλυσης των στατιστικών των social media & google analytics

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Marketing ή Επικοινωνίας ή αντίστοιχος μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος
  • Εμπειρία και γνώση στη διαχείρηση των Social Media Platforms
  • Γνώση SEO/SEM θεμάτων
  • Άριστες γραπτές/προφορικές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
  • Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office
  • Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Κατανόηση των πρακτικών εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και των εννοιών μάρκετινγκ και πωλήσεων
  • Δυνατότητα γρήγορης εκμάθησης των εταιρικών εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών διαδικασιών και συστημάτων

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Γνώση Illustrators, InDesign
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και προσανατολισμός στo αποτέλεσμα
  • Oργανωτικές ικανότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Υψηλή εμπορική συνείδηση και δημιουργικό μυαλό
