We are actively recruiting for a dynamic Digital Account Manager with enthusiasm, creativity, and methodical approach to strengthen our digital marketing team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will undertake the daily management of client accounts, ensuring that all digital activities are implemented with precision and effectiveness. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, understanding of contemporary digital marketing trends, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication and relationship management with existing clients
• Design and supervision of digital marketing campaigns
• Development and management of social media strategies for different platforms
• Implementation of best practices in social media campaigns and adaptation to the requirements of each platform
• Creation and execution of content strategy based on target audience and business objectives
• Daily management of social media accounts and communication with the audience
• Collaboration with creative teams for content production
• Staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing
• Preparation and sending of briefs to the web development team for websites and landing Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, strategy, performance, development. Participation in the website design and optimization process
• Testing and reviewing websites before final delivery to clients

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a digital marketing agency
• Good knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing)
• Experience in campaign management and analysis
• Knowledge of social media strategy and best practices on major platforms
• Experience in creating and executing content strategy for digital channels
• Practical experience in daily social media account management
• Communication and presentation skills
• High level of creativity and fresh ideas for digital campaigns
• Team spirit and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Basic understanding of the website development process
• Ability to prepare clear and understandable briefs

Desired Qualifications

• Certifications in digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Understanding of basic SEO principles for website development
