Addictad Advertising
is seeking to recruit a Digital Account Manager to work with our talented team for major Greek and global clients. You will work with a variety of different teams, such as web developers, graphic designers, copywriters, performers, etc., to manage the day-to-day activities, assign tasks, provide feedback, strategize for a variety of brands and ensure the deadlines are met on time and on budget.

The position is in-house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for clients for all digital project management matters
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate members from different teams and ensure that the project meets the deadlines and quality standards of the company
  • Handle day to day tasks and monitor competition
  • Briefing the creative team and ensuring their full understanding of the nature and the scope of each project
  • Actively and proactively working with the creative and performance teams, and contributing to the development and management of various online marketing projects
  • Managing the project team, reviewing and approving proposals, and ensuring timely and spot-on project delivery
  • Design digital strategies with the internal team for your assigned customers
  • Respond to client queries effectively and in a timely manner, and handle effectively any changes.
  • Regular contact with clients as required to discuss active paid social performance campaigns and help educate on new developments in the social space
  • Participate in creative meetings in order to ensure all clients requirements are met and content calendar is created
  • Develop & Present innovative social & digital media strategies to clients
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • BSc in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or Digital Project Manager (2-3 years)
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Fast and efficient, with organization, prioritisation and time management skills, committed to meeting deadlines
  • Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills both in Greek and English
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Canva is considered as a plus)
  • Positive attitude, team player, multitasking
  • Experience working with social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), including content and ads, Google Ads, and email marketing
  • Experience with influencer marketing and TikTok will be considered an asset
  • Willingness and ability to get involved in the creative process
  • Great knowledge of existing Digital & social media creative types & trends
