Job Description – Experienced Accountant/ Assistant Manager

The Experienced Accountant / Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of both local and international clients, either independently or as part of a team. This role involves overseeing accounting operations, ensuring full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements and consistently delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

·       Prepare journal entries and reconciliations, supporting the monthly financial close process.

·       Maintain and update accounting records in
SAP
.

·       Assist in the preparation of the monthly
reporting package
.

·       Communicate effectively and professionally with various stakeholders engaged by the client.

·       Ensure all journal entries are accurate, timely, and properly supported.

·       Liaise with and report directly to the Accounting and Tax Manager.

·       Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships.

·       Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

·       Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as required.

·       Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and business ethics.

Qualifications & Skills

·       University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

·       Strong knowledge of
IFRS and fluency in English
(both written and spoken) are essential.

·       ACCA qualification (or similar professional accreditation) will be considered a strong plus.

·       Proficiency in
SAP and Excel
.

·       
5–8 years
of relevant experience in accounting or controlling, ideally within a professional services environment.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

·       Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest professional standards.
