YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Accounting officer you will focus on overseeing operations across our office and providing effective administrative support. Specifically:

· Understand the company, its product range, supplier, and customer base to operate effectively

· Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

· Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures

· Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

· Recording day-to-day financial transactions

· Working closely with the onsite accountant

· Excellent knowledge of accounting software: SoftOne preferable

· Working with the management team to provide support in administrative tasks

· Involvement in PowerPoint presentations & excel reports

· Handling calls, written correspondences, reports, e-mail and calendar management

In particular, to qualify for the role you must have:

· University or college courses in accounting preferred

· A minimum of 2 years in a Finance Team with similar responsibilities

· Fluency in English is a prerequisite

· Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

· Clear and effective communication and handling of sensitive information and content with confidentiality and discretion

· Strong time-management and organizational skills

· Detail and goal-oriented, creative mindset, flexibility & adaptability.
