Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Khalándrion, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities, managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include setting up a sales team and leading it, developing sales strategies, providing guidance and training to team members, and carrying out market analysis to identify new opportunities.

  • Proficient in Sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities

  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Greece
