Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποδοχή και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών στο showroom και τηλεφωνικά
  • Διαχείριση παραγγελιών μέσω του website, τηλεφωνικά και από το κατάστημα
  • Αναγνώριση αναγκών πελατών και παροχή εξατομικευμένων λύσεων
  • Παραλαβή νέων αποθεμάτων και διαχείριση αποθήκης
  • Διαχείριση ταμείου και παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων
  • Αναφορά ελλείψεων και συνεργασία με την ομάδα για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του καταστήματος
  • Επίτευξη στόχων πωλήσεων και ανάπτυξη πελατολογίου

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Αγάπη για τη μόδα και τις τρέχουσες τάσεις
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον ενός έτους σε αντίστοιχη θέση (Store Manager / Sales Assistant) θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση social media για εμπορικούς σκοπούς (content creation & sales promotion) θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα
  • Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και Η/Υ (Microsoft Office)
