As we step into a landmark season of high-profile international congresses and dynamic growth, we're looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant with a digital-first mindset to help us capture and communicate our journey to the world.

What This Role Is All About:

You won't just "do social media." You will be part of all promotional and marketing activities, from strategy to execution. Your work will shape how each congress, event, and milestone is communicated across platforms and audiences.

You'll be the lens through which the world sees CONVIN, its evolution, its people, and its bold new chapter. From backstage moments at global events to digital campaigns that reflect our energy and excellence, your creativity will be our front line.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Supporting the promotion of every congress and project, in close collaboration with project teams
  • Managing and creating content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Designing visuals and storytelling formats using Canva (proficiency required)
  • Using AI and digital tools (like Grammarly, CapCut, etc.) to ideate, write, or edit faster and smarter
  • Supporting marketing and comms efforts, from email campaigns to press material
  • Capturing and curating moments during our upcoming congresses and live events
  • Monitoring metrics and helping us continuously improve our content strategy

Who You Are:

  • A self-motivated communicator with a strong visual and digital instinct
  • You understand brand voice, visual storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling
  • You're confident in Canva, and always curious about new AI or content tools
  • You have great time management and love being part of a collaborative team
  • Bonus if you've worked on event marketing, social campaigns, or branded content
  • Fluent in English; a knack for writing is a big plus
