Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη συγκεκριμένων λογαριασμών πελατών στον χώρο της εστίασης και του HORECA.Επίσης να διαθέτει εμπειρία στις πωλήσεις, πάθος για τη γαστρονομία και βασικές γνώσεις μαγειρικής (Chef), ώστε να μπορεί να κατανοεί καλύτερα τις ανάγκες των πελατών και να προτείνει λύσεις προσαρμοσμένες στις απαιτήσεις τους.

  • Αρμοδιότητες.

Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη υπάρχοντος πελατολογίου.

Παρουσίαση και προώθηση προϊόντων σε συνεργάτες του κλάδου HORECA.

Διεξαγωγή γευστικών δοκιμών και επιδείξεων προϊόντων.

Κατανόηση αναγκών πελατών και δημιουργία προσαρμοσμένων προτάσεων.

Επίτευξη στόχων πωλήσεων και KPI.

Διατήρηση μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με συνεργάτες.

  • Απαραίτητα Προσόντα.

Προϋπηρεσία σε ρόλο πωλήσεων, κατά προτίμηση στον χώρο του HORECA.

Γνώσεις μαγειρικής / γαστρονομίας (επαγγελματικές ή μέσω εμπειρίας στον χώρο).

Δυνατότητα κατανόησης προϊόντων τροφίμων και τρόπων χρήσης τους σε επαγγελματική κουζίνα.

Επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.

Οργάνωση, υπευθυνότητα και προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα.

Δίπλωμα οδήγησης και δυνατότητα μετακινήσεων.
