Are you passionate about building meaningful client partnerships and driving commercial excellence? At Carglass, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to help us expand and strengthen our client relationships, support the development of strategic partnerships, and contribute to our growth as the leading automotive glass specialist.

Your Mission: Strengthen Relationships, Drive Growth

As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Key Account Manager to manage strategic customers, ensuring that our solutions meet their evolving needs. You'll also help position Carglass as the leading partner for safety, quality, and innovation in the automotive glass sector.

Main Responsibilities

Account Strategy & Development

  • Support the creation and execution of commercial strategies to serve the local market.

  • Understand the unique business needs of each account to uncover opportunities and resolve challenges.

  • Educate customers and intermediaries on the safety, cost, and technological benefits of our solutions.

  • Identify and support the onboarding of new business and customer segments.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

  • Prepare and participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and commercial negotiations.

  • Follow up on agreed actions and ensure delivery on commitments.

  • Collaborate across departments (marketing, operations, supply chain) to exceed client expectations

Sales Execution

  • Support the development of partnership agreements that ensure long-term customer retention.

  • Monitor KPIs per customer

  • Contribute to internal reporting and contract supervision.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.

  • Experience in automotive, insurance, leasing, or B2B services is a strong advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.

  • Solid numerical background, enabling you to understand data, analyze performance, and support fact-based decision making.

  • Extrovert, social personality who thrives on building strong, trust-based relationships and connecting with people at all levels.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
