Key Account Manager
για να ενισχύσει το εμπορικό μας τμήμα και να αναλάβει στρατηγικούς εταιρικούς πελάτες στους κλάδους
ταχυμεταφορών, logistics και e-commerce
.

Ο ρόλος σου

  • Διαχείριση & ανάπτυξη
    στρατηγικών λογαριασμών (Key Accounts)
    με στόχο μακροχρόνιες συνεργασίες και επίτευξη εμπορικών στόχων.
  • Ανάπτυξη νέων συνεργασιών με
    μεγάλους πελάτες e-commerce
    .
  • Συνδιαμόρφωση, διαπραγμάτευση και
    υλοποίηση εμπορικών συμφωνιών
    (όροι, SLA, τιμολόγηση).
  • Τακτικές επισκέψεις σε πελάτες & σημεία εξυπηρέτησης.
  • Παρακολούθηση πωλήσεων
    και επίτευξη στόχων βάσει Budget/Forecast.
  • Καθοδήγηση
    και συνεργασία με την ομάδα
    Field Sales
    στην περιοχή ευθύνης.

Τι χρειάζεσαι για να πετύχεις

  • ≥5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε B2B πωλήσεις, εκ των οποίων
    2–3 χρόνια ως KAM
    σε παροχή υπηρεσιών.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση
    MS Office
    (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Άριστα Αγγλικά
    (γραπτά & προφορικά).
  • Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα διαχείρισης στρατηγικών πελατών & εμπορικών συμφωνιών.
  • Ισχυρές
    διαπραγματευτικές
    και
    problem-solving
    δεξιότητες.
  • Συνεργατικότητα με
    cross-functional
    ομάδες (Sales, Operations, Customer Care, Finance).

Θα εκτιμηθούν

  • Πτυχίο σε
    Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Finance ή Logistics
    .
  • Εμπειρία σε
    logistics/courier/e-commerce
    .
  • Γνώση
    CRM
    (π.χ. HubSpot/Salesforce) & εμπειρία σε
    RFP/RFQ
    .
