Customer Support Specialist (DACH)
 in Vollzeit für unser Büro in Athen.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Verwaltung unserer Kundendatenbank:
     Du pflegst sorgfältig unsere Kunden- und Auftragsdaten in unserem CRM- und ERP-System.
  • Telefonischer Kundenkontakt:
     Du bist erste
    r Ansprechpartner
    in für unsere Patient*innen und deren Familien im gesamten DACH-Raum – empathisch, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig.
  • Bestandskundenmanagement:
     Du betreust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aktiv und unterstützt bei Verlängerungen, Rückfragen oder neuen Anforderungen.
  • Teamarbeit:
     Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Gründern, unserem Marketing-Team sowie anderen zentralen Bereichen zusammen, um unseren Kundenservice stetig zu verbessern.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/2-Niveau)
     in Wort und Schrift – das ist ein Muss, da unsere gesamte Kundenkommunikation auf Deutsch stattfindet.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse zur internen Kommunikation im Team.
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit 
    Datenbank- und ERP-Systemen
     sowie den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Wirtschaft, Pflege oder vergleichbar ist wünschenswert – Quereinsteiger*innen mit überzeugendem Profil sind ebenfalls willkommen.
