Customer Support Specialist (DACH)
 in unserem Büro in 
Athen
.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund*innen
    : Du betreust Patient*innen und Angehörige im gesamten DACH-Raum – empathisch, lösungsorientiert und in fließendem Deutsch.
  • Pflege unserer Kundendatenbank
    : Du arbeitest sorgfältig mit unseren CRM- und ERP-Systemen.
  • Bestandskundenmanagement
    : Du betreust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, beantwortest Rückfragen und begleitest Vertragsverlängerungen.
  • Teamarbeit mit Impact
    : Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Gründern, dem Marketing-Team und weiteren Abteilungen zusammen – gemeinsam verbessern wir kontinuierlich unsere Kundenerlebnisse.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2)
     – unbedingt erforderlich, da Du ausschließlich mit deutschsprachigen Kund*innen arbeitest.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für die interne Kommunikation.
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Datenbanken, ERP-Systemen oder MS Office ist ein Plus.
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Freude an Kommunikation und echter Serviceorientierung.
  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Wirtschaft, Pflege o.Ä. ist wünschenswert – aber kein Muss. Auch 
    motivierte Quereinsteiger*innen
     sind willkommen
