We are looking for a
Junior
Customer Support Representative
to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, helping resolve issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Provide a positive customer experience by demonstrating patience and empathy.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer support or a related field (preferred but not required).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.

Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

Familiarity with CRM software or helpdesk tools (a plus).

Fluency in [Language(s) required].
