Για λογαριασμό μεγάλου Ελληνικού Ομίλου, αναζητάμε έναν ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΟ ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΤΗ με μεγάλη εμπειρία και τεχνογνωσία , να αναλάβει την Συνολική Διαχείριση, Κατεύθυνση και Έλεγχο των Εταιριών, με στόχο να συμβάλει στην διαρκή ανάπτυξη του Ομίλου

ΠΡΟΦΙΛ

  • Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι. οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών, σε υψηλόβαθμη θέση στις Οικονομικές υπηρεσίες και οργανωμένο Λογιστήριο, στον τομέα
    καταναλωτικών προϊόντων FMCG
  • Άριστη γνώση λογιστικής και φορολογικής νομοθεσίας, καθώς και του Λογιστικού και Φορολογικού κύκλου
  • Τεχνογνωσία στην αξιολόγηση εταιριών καθώς και στις διαδικασίες εξαγορών και συγχωνεύσεων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS office, ERP και λοιπών σύγχρονων εργαλείων αυτοματοποίησης Λογιστικών διαδικασιών

ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ ΣΥΜΦΩΝΑ ΜΕ ΤΙΣ ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΤΗΤΕΣ

O έλεγχος και η ανάπτυξη σύγχρονων  Λογιστικών διαδικασιών καθώς και η συνολική οργάνωση με απώτερο στόχο την Εγκαθίδρυση και Ευθυγράμμιση ενεργειών  του τμήματος , με στόχο την εξέλιξη Αυτοματοποίησης και Αναβάθμισης λειτουργίας αυτού

·      Ο εύρυθμος συντονισμός των αντίστοιχων οικονομικών τμημάτων του Ομίλου με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα των εταιριών, μέσω αυτοματοποιημένων διαδικασιών

·      Η συνολική ευθύνη Επικοινωνίας και διεκπεραίωσης Λογιστικών διεργασιών µε δημόσιο και δημόσιες αρχές

·      
Η παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος ως προς το συνολικό φάσμα Λογιστικών (Διεθνή Λογιστικά Πρότυπα) και Φοροτεχνικών διαδικασιών

·      Η  αξιολόγηση εταιριών, καθώς και τεχνογνωσία των απαραιτήτων διαδικασιών εξαγορών, στο ευρύτερο πλάνο εξάπλωσης

·      
Η συστηματοποιημένη εξαγωγή λογιστικών αποτελεσμάτων και εσωτερικών αναφορών καθώς και των ενδεδειγμένων συμπερασμάτων και προτάσεων προς την Διοίκηση

·      
Η λειτουργία τεχνολογικών συστημάτων και διαρκής αναβάθμιση αυτών, στην συνολική προσπάθεια του Ομίλου με στόχο της πορείας ενός ευρύτερου μετασχηματισμού

·      Η Διοίκηση μέσω, δημιουργικής οικονομικής σκέψης, καλής επικοινωνίας και ομαδικού πλαισίου συνεργασίας των τμημάτων

·   Η απαραίτητη χρήση Αγγλικής γλώσσας στο ευρύτερο καθημερινό πλαίσιο αναγκών του Ομίλου
