CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER / ACCOUNTANT

Location: Ilioupoli, Athens

Sector: Real Estate Our dynamically growing company in the Real Estate sector, Taibo Investment Single Member SA Hestia Group, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer / Accountant for full time employment, in order to strengthen financial management and support the group's strategic growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and analysis of financial data & liquidity

  • Preparation of financial statements & reports (monthly/annual)

  • Management of tax & accounting obligations (VAT, E3, ENFIA, etc.)

  • Budgeting, costing, and financial planning

  • Supervision of the accounting department team

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics (e.g. Accounting, Finance)

  • Certified Accountant License (Class A)

  • At least 10–15 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the real estate sector

  • Excellent knowledge of Greek Tax Legislation

  • Excellent knowledge of ERP Epsilon Net

  • Proficiency in English

We Offer:

Competitive salary of €4,000 net
