What You'll Do:
- Handle daily office administration and support tasks
- Communicate with external partners (notaries, lawyers, and collaborators)
- Prepare, review, and file contracts and legal documents
- Support real estate transaction coordination
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records
What We're Looking For:
- Strong
organizational and communication skills - Excellent command of English
(spoken and written) - Solid
computer literacy
(MS Office, PDFs, file systems) - High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
- Previous experience in a similar role is a
plus
, but not required
What We Offer:
- Full-time position
, Monday–Friday - Monthly salary of
