Τo Back Office δεν ασχολείται με την προώθηση προϊόντων-συμβολαίων.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επεξεργασία και καταχώρηση δεδομένων
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Επικοινωνία με άλλα τμήματα
  • Προγραμματισμός ραντεβού
  • Claim Management
  • Διαχείριση αδειοδοτήσεων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Απαραίτητη προυπόθεση: Εξαιρετική γνώση γερμανικής γλώσσας (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος)
  • Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας
  • Ευγένεια
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Βασική γνώση χειρισμού Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
