Αναζητούμε έναν/μια Operations & Marketing Assistant που θα αναλάβει υποστηρικτικό

και δημιουργικό ρόλο στην καθημερινή λειτουργία της ομάδας, την παραγωγή

περιεχομένου και την αυτοματοποίηση διαδικασιών με τη βοήθεια εργαλείων AI.

Τι θα κάνεις:

  • Χρήση AI εργαλείων (π.χ. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) για content creation & workflow optimization
  • Παραγωγή και ανακύκλωση περιεχομένου (posts, reels, captions, blog posts)
  • Δημιουργία και επιμέλεια e-books & εκπαιδευτικού υλικού
  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση email campaigns (ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, Mailerlite)
  • Συνεργασία και υποστήριξη διαδικασιών με την Γραμματεία και το τμήμα Τεχνικής
  • Υποστήριξης εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων & διαδικτυακών events
  • Δημιουργία και repurposing περιεχομένου σε κανάλια όπως LinkedIn, Instagram,
  • Blog and Facebook.

Τι χρειαζόμαστε:

  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά) – απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση
  • Copywriting και δεξιότητες Content Repurposing
  • Εμπειρία με Canva Pro, Kajabi, Google Drive, Zapier, Active Campaign
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας με templates, marketing tools και έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Εξοικείωση με AI εργαλεία για script writing, content repurposing και αυτοματισμούς
  • Γνώση συστημάτων CRM
  • Ευχέρεια στην υποστήριξη τόσο ελληνόφωνου όσο και αγγλόφωνου κοινού
