is a rapidly expanding regulated investment firm. We provide a full spectrum of financial services, and we are currently seeking to enrich our Research & Analysis Department to support equity sales and capital-markets projects (IPOs, secondary offerings, and corporate advisory).

(on-site; occasional remote).

The Role

We are seeking a
Junior Equity Analyst
to support equity research on Greek listed companies. You will help prepare reports, briefings, and investment notes, and assist in developing our research tools and templates. This is a hands-on role with mentoring and clear growth toward independent coverage in line with HCMC certification standards.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor daily macro, market news, and sector developments.
  • Build sector and company knowledge for our Focus List.
  • Assist with fundamental analysis and financial statement review.
  • Track stock performance and basic valuation indicators.
  • Prepare concise reports, presentations, and internal briefing notes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills; solid MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with core financial concepts and financial statements.
  • Intention to pursue (or already holding) HCMC certifications.
  • Genuine interest in equity markets and investment research.

Nice to Have

  • Internship or work experience in finance/investments.
  • Master's degree (Finance/Economics) or professional studies (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA).
  • Basic knowledge of valuation (DCF, comparables, peer analysis).
  • Familiarity with the Athens Stock Exchange and Greek listed names.
