We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Marketing Assistant to manage and control our influencer campaigns on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will use a dedicated influencer marketing platform to identify, engage, and coordinate with influencers aligned with our brand values and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns on Instagram and TikTok using the specified platform.

  • Identify and vet potential influencers based on target audience, engagement rates, and brand fit.

  • Coordinate communication and contracts with influencers.

  • Track campaign performance metrics and optimize influencer partnerships to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with the content creation and social media marketing teams to align influencer content with overall brand strategy.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor influencer activities to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

  • Experience with social media management, especially Instagram and TikTok.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with beauty or skincare industry marketing is a plus.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
