What you will do:

The main purpose of this role is to support the Product owner of Claims to redesign claims handling processes for individual life & health portfolio of NN Hellas, via data driven analysis and according to NN Hellas strategy and risk appetite.

Your day-to-day:

  • Walkthrough, measure and identify key elements for claims handling processes  improvement, both in effective and efficient way.
  • Setting a holistic approach towards end-state, prioritize and redesign main processes in collaboration with rest agile team members, both IT developers and client experts.
  • Launch and coordinate implementation of new processes, roll-over process, measuring results and amend/fine-tune when & where required.\
  • Monitor progress of self -assigned tasks and cooperate efficiently to bring qualitative results within expected timelines.
  • Escalate risks , delays and propose solutions in a  timely manner

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economic ( or a similar field)
  • Professional experience of at least 5 years within claims handling discipline of health portfolio and sufficient knowledge of insurance process value chain, i.e. product, distribution, underwriting, claims.
  • Proven record of applied process re-engineering projects & good understanding of project management methodology, Agile & Lean Six Sigma
  • Familiarization with legacy systems by practice and interest for new technology advancements in field of process automation and evolvement of AI.
  • Fluency in English
