
Sales Development Representative

is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing outbound sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be on the front lines identifying and qualifying opportunities with water utilities across the U.S. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to tailor outreach strategies, connect with key decision-makers, and generate pipeline. Success in this role is built on curiosity, coachability, grit, and a willingness to thoughtfully engage technically-minded prospects. Day-to-day, you'll execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels, handle responses with a consultative approach, and use tools to work efficiently and improve continuously. You'll be supported with coaching and feedback, and expected to learn fast and iterate often.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in outbound sales, customer service, or other communication-driven roles (Past experience in business development or sales roles desired)
- Completely proficient, fluent, and mostly natural in English (written, spoken)
- Coachable and eager to improve with feedback
- Curious and analytical thinker-ask great questions and research thoroughly
- Comfortable with sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) and digital workflows
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Track record of setting and meeting goals
- Able to work full-time during 8 AM – 5 PM Eastern US hours
- SaaS or B2B experience (preferred)
- Experience working with international or distributed teams (preferred)
