Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and want to advance your career in SaaS and travel tech? Hosthub is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team

What You'll Be Doing

As an SDR at Hosthub, you'll be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your main focus will be outbound outreach, helping identify and engage property managers who could benefit from our vacation rental channel manager platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating contact with potential leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn (Outbound)
  • Understanding customer needs and proposing relevant solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and staying up to date with new products, services, and procedures
  • Qualifying leads based on budget, fit, and readiness
  • Booking demos for our Account Executives
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records in our CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion
  • Working towards and meeting performance targets

 Working Schedule: We run campaigns globally so we need people with flexibility to work morning shifts or afternoon shifts. Scheduling is always done 2 weeks in advance.

 Training: You'll go through a comprehensive 1-month onboarding/training period to set you up for success in the role.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English (bi-linguals will be prefered)
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer support (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment)
  • Confidence in making cold calls and building rapport quickly
  • Ability to ask the right questions to uncover and understand customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to grow

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in the vacation rental or travel tech industry
  • Previous experience in remote or multicultural teams
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., BANT, SPIN, etc.)
