Η εταιρεία μας, με πολυετή παρουσία στον χώρο των logistics και της διακίνησης φαρμακευτικών προϊόντων και ιατροτεχνολογικού εξοπλισμού, αναζητά έναν/μία IT Manager με πάθος για τεχνολογία και συνεχή βελτίωση.

Ο ρόλος συνδυάζει τεχνική ευθύνη και λειτουργική επίβλεψη, με στόχο τη σταθερή και ασφαλή λειτουργία των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων, καθώς και τη βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών μέσω τεχνολογίας.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση και συντήρηση IT υποδομών, servers, δικτύων (LAN/WAN/VPN) και βάσεων δεδομένων (SQL).

  • Υποστήριξη και παραμετροποίηση WMS και άλλων λειτουργικών συστημάτων της εταιρείας.

  • Συνεργασία με ERP και WMS παρόχους για αναβαθμίσεις, βελτιώσεις και επιλύσεις θεμάτων.

  • Παρακολούθηση ασφάλειας συστημάτων, backups και disaster recovery.

  • Ανάπτυξη τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης, troubleshooting και διαχείριση incidents.

  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα διασύνδεσης ERP / WMS / TMS και ανάπτυξης νέων λειτουργιών.

  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα operations για την ανίχνευση και υλοποίηση τεχνολογικών βελτιώσεων.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε IT Support / System Administration ή παρόμοια θέση.

  • Γνώσεις σε Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server.

  • Καλή κατανόηση δικτυακών πρωτοκόλλων (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP).

  • Ικανότητα χρήσης SQL για ερωτήματα και ανάλυση δεδομένων.

  • Εμπειρία με ERP / WMS εφαρμογές και βασική γνώση διαδικασιών logistics.

  • Ικανότητα σύνταξης τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης και συνεργασίας με προμηθευτές.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε PYLON, Mantis, JDA, SAP WM ή Manhattan WMS.

  • Γνώσεις EDI, REST APIs ή integration με ERP.

  • Εμπειρία σε ISO συστήματα ή Computer System Validation (CSV).

  • Γνώσεις scripting (π.χ. PowerShell, Bash).
