SYNTAX IT Group is seeking a Brand & Communications Lead to develop and implement initiatives that strengthen the company's visibility and reputation while supporting its growth objectives.


The role blends creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration to ensure that SYNTAX communicates its value clearly and consistently across all audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units and leadership to identify stories, projects, and milestones worth promoting.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication initiatives to ensure alignment and consistency across teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external partners to produce high-quality communication materials.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance SYNTAX's visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Craft clear and engaging messages that reflect the company's expertise, values, and achievements.
  • Organize and oversee corporate events, conferences, and external engagements that highlight SYNTAX's presence and thought leadership.
  • Manage content for digital channels (website, , newsletters, presentations, press releases) to ensure a consistent tone and brand identity.
  • Monitor market and communication trends, identifying opportunities for visibility, partnerships, and thought leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability or strong potential in communication, public relations, or brand storytelling — open to both experienced and emerging professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear and engaging messages.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive, with attention to detail and the initiative to propose new ideas.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media communication channels.
