Cegeka's Data & AI division is looking for a dynamic, results-driven
Global Marketing Manager
to
lead
our demand generation strategy for cutting-edge
Data & AI solutions
across the
Microsoft, Snowflake, and Databricks ecosystems
.

This role is pivotal in
accelerating qualified lead creation and pipeline growth
, leveraging Cegeka's proven go-to-market frameworks and marketing excellence. You'll be part of a
high-performing global management team
, working closely with solution experts, sales leaders, and product owners to craft and execute
integrated marketing campaigns
that deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute
    global lead generation campaigns
    for Data AI solutions, using best-in-class digital marketing, content strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into
    compelling value propositions
    and campaign narratives.
  • Partner with sales, solution architects, and business development teams to align marketing with
    commercial goals
    .
  • Create targeted content assets (e.g., landing pages, whitepapers, webinars, email campaigns) that resonate with C-level decision-makers.
  • Leverage tools such as
    HubSpot (or equivalent)
    to manage campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize conversions.
  • Position Cegeka as a
    trusted advisor
    in the Data AI space through thought leadership, events, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of
    AI, data platform, and cloud innovation trends
    to inform campaign strategy and audience targeting.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in
    B2B marketing
    , with proven expertise in lead generation and campaign management.
  • Track record of marketing
    Data AI solutions
    , ideally within Microsoft, Snowflake, or Databricks ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in
    marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (other languages are a plus).
  • A collaborative, self-driven professional who thrives in a
    fast-paced, international environment
    .
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or related fields
    .
