Job Summary
:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Market Research Trainee to join our team. As a Market Research Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with experienced researchers and contribute to the exploration of diverse facets of human behaviour in a marketing context. The ideal candidate should be able to work under supervision, have an eye for detail, prioritise tasks effectively, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
:

·       Assist in the coordination and management of research projects from inception to completion.

·       Support the research team in organizing and conducting research studies.

·       Collaborate with senior researchers to design and execute research studies, including data collection and analysis.

·       Contribute to the creation of interview guides, focus group protocols, and surveys.

·       Participate in fieldwork activities, such as conducting interviews and facilitating focus groups.

·       Assist in the analysis of data using state of the art methods and tools.

·       Contribute to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications.

·       Stay informed about emerging trends and developments in market research.

·       Provide general support to the research team as needed.

Qualifications
:

·       Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or social sciences (Master's will be appreciated).

·       Strong organisational skills.

·       Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

·       Experience working in a research or academic setting is preferred.

·       Familiarity with research methodologies would be a plus.
