Technical and Specifications Expert (Ref. 6037/TSE/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous technical support to the sales department regarding technical data, certifications, technical solutions, and product applications.
  • Offer ongoing technical assistance to customers, architects, designers, contractors, and end users to ensure proper product selection and application, as well as the drafting/support of technical specifications.
  • Monitor and analyze the product portfolio, providing consulting input for quality improvement and new product development.
  • Track and evaluate construction and other regulations affecting the company and its products.
  • Create, design, and implement technical presentations, brochures, specification tools, and other supporting materials.
  • Participate in and design marketing actions and campaigns, as well as manage project activities through the group's online and digital tools, in collaboration with internal and external digital marketing partners (website, social media, online campaigns).
  • Design, organize and conduct webinars and other informative events.
  • Maintain and develop business relationships with investors, consultants, experts, and architects to strengthen the corporate identity and support technical specifications.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree (preferably Civil Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Architect).
  • Previous experience in a similar position within the same industry is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach and effective prioritization.
  • Creativity, innovation, and initiative in daily work.
  • Presentation skills and strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Responsibility, insight, and efficiency in daily operations.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and very good computer skills (CRM, digital tools, MS Office, etc.).
  • Driving license.
