Our Group is seeking an experienced 
Technical Director
, who will be responsible for all technical projects and infrastructure across our hotels. He/She will coordinate and supervise permitting, construction, renovation, and maintenance works, ensuring the smooth operation and development of our facilities

Responsibilities

  • Organization, coordination, and supervision of technical projects (new constructions, renovations, maintenance).
  • Management of permitting procedures and compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Collaboration with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
  • Development and adherence to construction schedules.
  • Ensuring construction quality and compliance with specifications in structural works, civil engineering projects, mechanical and electrical installations, as well as finishes.
  • Supervision of maintenance teams across all hotels of the Group.
  • Availability for travel and long-term stays outside of Athens when required.
  • Submission of technical proposals and improvement suggestions to Management.

Required Qualifications

  • University or Technical Institute degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or related field).
  • License to sign as Supervising Engineer.
  • Proven experience in hospitality projects (construction, renovation, maintenance).
  • Excellent knowledge of hotel construction, including structural works, civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, and finishing works.
  • Experience in project budgeting and scheduling.
  • Strong ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and teams.
  • Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English language.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD).
