We are seeking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist (with a 12-months fixed-term contract) to support the execution of marketing activities across Haleon's brand portfolio. Marketing Specialist is working closely with internal and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives that align with Haleon's strategic objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to impactful campaigns and cross-functional projects.

• Assists Local (LOC) Marketing team in the implementation of marketing plans, product launches and campaigns
• Supports the adaptation and creation of campaigns' assets and promotional materials
• Adapts and translates product artworks and supports LOC Marketing team throughout the process
• Monitors market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborates effectively cross-functionally with internal teams, in Local and Area level, and external partners to ensure timely execution of initiatives
• Manages administrative tasks, eg.: documentation, contracts, reporting

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Relevant experience in Marketing or Business Administration
• Fluent in English & Greek
• Digital literacy
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
