We are looking for a dynamic and creative Product Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our brands in a competitive market.


Overview:

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to increase brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG marketing, a passion for food products and a track record of successful brand management.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Build the brand to deliver annual volume, share and profit targets.
  • Actively contribute in the development of the Brand strategy
  • Execute effectively every element of consumer marketing plan
  • Effectively handle budget and brand P&L
  • Continuously monitor and report on competitive environment as well as brand performance metrics, coming up with recommendations/actions Identify proprietary consumer insights
  • Extract new insights and translate into strategies and plans
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
  • Assess effectiveness of programs to target groups
  • Assist on the development of outstanding ATL communication
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximizing ROI.
  • Participate in production process and manage production budget
  • Participate in media planning process and evaluate plan effectiveness
  • Drive growth through NPD and innovation
  • Collaborate with R&D to innovate and launch new products that meet consumer needs and preferences
  • Manage the process, positioning and concept development
  • Generate supporting P&Ls
  • Stay alert on new consumer trends
  • Ensure conformity with the company's strategic direction
  • Inspire passion for the brand throughout the organisation

Skills & Experience:

  • University degree. Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is essential.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in FMCG Marketing, 2 of which in Brand Management, with a proven track record of successful NPD launches and 360 communication plans, ideally in the food sector.
  • Experience in market research, budgeting, forecasting and P&L is a must
  • Tier MS Office skills are essential
  • English, written and verbal
  • Presentation skills
