Ημέρες και Ωράριο απασχόλησης: Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή, 09:00-17:00

Στο πλαίσιο της ανάπτυξης και διατήρησης της υψηλής ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών μας αναζητάμε έναν Sales Coordinator, για την έδρα μας στις Αχαρνές.

Responsibilities:

  • Υποστήριξη την ομάδα των πωλήσεων σε καθημερινές δραστηριότητες

  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών και πελατών

  • Εμπειρία με ενασχόληση e-shop

  • Καταχώριση νέων πελατών

  • Διαχείριση CRM συστήματος και ενημέρωση αρχείων πελατών

  • Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για την βελτίωση της εμπειρίας των πελατών

Requirements:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση (ιδανικά σε τμήμα πωλήσεων ή σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών)

  • Άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες

  • Καλή γνώση MS Office

  • Δυνατότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και προτεραιοτήτων

  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ομαδικό και δυναμικό περιβάλλον

  • Καλή χρήση της ελληνικής και της αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά & γραπτά)
