is a boutique VIP handling service provider dedicated to delivering exceptional, tailored services across all Greek airports. With over 30 years of experience in General Aviation handling, we combine expertise with a fresh and innovative approach to meet our clients' needs.

Role: Operation Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery:
    Guarantee timely and efficient service both on-site and off-site, aligned with client needs and expectations.
  • Client Interaction:
    Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients through outstanding service and effective communication.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Proactively identify and resolve complex client issues, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with various stakeholders, including Airport Authorities and Suppliers, to maintain operational excellence and uphold JetSet's quality standards.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain an updated reporting system on internal operations to monitor performance and service delivery metrics.
  • Process Improvement:
    Assist the Operations Manager in refining business processes to enhance overall customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 1 year in the aviation sector, with operational experience.
  • Language Skills:
    Proficiency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • License:
    A valid driving license is required.
  • Client Focus:
    Strong dedication to client service with a talent for delivering timely solutions.
  • Organization & Teamwork:
    Strong organizational skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Integrity:
    High standards of accountability and ethical conduct.
  • Technical Skills:
    Familiarity with MS Office (Excel and Word) and Softone ERP.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
