Key responsibilities:

  • Providing daily customer service via phone calls and emails to ELT professionals.
  • Efficiently registering orders and managing the processing of all orders with precision and timeliness.
  • Collaborating with our sales department to follow up on open orders.
  • Addressing customer complaints and delivering after-sales support upon request.
  • Supporting the sales team by furnishing relevant data and reports tailored to the ELT sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English language & literature or relevant field.
  • Demonstrating an excellent written and spoken command of English; (possession of a C2 level certification)
  • Relevant work experience, particularly in the ELT sector, will be considered a significant asset.
  • Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency and experience in Excel and office software applications. Familiarity with ERP systems will be highly beneficial.
  • Being a team player with a strong dedication to cooperation.
  • Demonstrating organizational skills and responsibility, with a problem-solving aptitude.
