Technava is looking for an entry level friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization
  • Provide support to the Sales team
  • Provide general office support and help maintain a smooth workflow

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime / Economic / BA orientation
  • English CPE holder
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, flexibility
  • Professional demeanor
