Junior Office Administrator

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to support the efficient operation of our office and provide administrative assistance to our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming phone calls and email correspondence
- Providing comprehensive administrative support for daily office operations
- Liaising with clients, partners, and internal departments
- Preparing and maintaining offers, orders, and related documentation
- Organizing files, schedules, and meetings
- Providing administrative support to the sales department
- Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a professional first impression
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Sales-oriented mindset will be considered a plus
