System Administrator with Cyber Security Exposure

We're strengthening our IT infrastructure and looking for a
System Administrator with solid cyber security awareness
to support office & fleet systems, improve our security posture, and help drive modernisation projects across the organisation.
What you'll work on:
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, M365 & Intune
• Patching, hardening, monitoring and endpoint management
• Firewall administration, VLANs, VPN, network segmentation
• EDR/Antivirus operations & vulnerability remediation
• Support in cyber audits (RightShip RSQ, CSMS, ISO27001 alignment)
• Infrastructure improvements & technical documentation
What we're looking for:
•Min 3 years experience in SysAdmin / IT Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Windows environments & cloud services (Azure/O365)
• Familiarity with cyber tools (EDR, SIEM basics, scanners, MFA/conditional access)
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Nice to have:
- Fortinet experience (FortiGate firewall policies, SD-WAN, IPS, certificate management, VPNs)
• Network security exposure (segmentation, ACLs, WAF, Zero Trust basics)
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Nessus, OpenVAS)
• SIEM fundamentals (Sentinel / Splunk) & log analysis mindset
