Wholesale Sales Associate
to join its team.

The role combines back office, sales and support with wholesale clients across Greece and Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Back Office & Sales Support

  • Order entry, organization, and archiving
  • Monitoring deliveries and shipment updates to clients
  • Managing reorders and stock availability

2. Showroom Support

  • Assisting during seasonal sales campaigns and sample presentations
  • Organizing and maintaining the showroom and collections
  • Liaising with buyers during appointments

3. Client Engagement & Market Insight

  • Visiting existing and potential wholesale clients
  • Supporting day-to-day client communication
  • Gathering market feedback and tracking trends and competitor activity

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in wholesale sales, showroom, or sales support (fashion preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office tools
  • Highly organized, accurate, and reliable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in English language
