Κύρια καθήκοντα της θέσης:
Εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και επισκεπτών στο Showroom
Σύνταξη οικονομικών προσφορών, τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και αποστολή email σε πελάτες, συνεργάτες και προμηθευτές.
Έλεγχος παραλαβής και παράδοσης εμπορευμάτων.
Χρήση εμπορικού προγράμματος ERP και έκδοση παραστατικών.
Οργάνωση καθημερινών διεργασιών και αναγκών του Showroom – τήρηση αρχείων σύνταξη αναφορών και διαχείριση αναλώσιμων
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε Showroom (ιδανικά σε εταιρία προϊόντων πολυτελείας στον χώρο των κατασκευών, της αρχιτεκτονικής ή του design)
Άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
Πολύ καλή χρήση της αγγλικής και ελληνικής γλώσσας
Άνεση στην χρήση Η/Υ, MS Office και λογισμικού ERP
Ευγένεια, συνέπεια, υπευθυνότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
Πτυχίο στον χώρο του Design, του Marketing ή της επικοινωνίας, θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
