As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Voice and SMS wholesale team and seeking a detail-oriented and driven Wholesale Account Executive to join us.

Role Overview
As a Wholesale Account Executive, you will support the growth of modulus' international SMS wholesale business. You will help manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and develop long-term partnerships with carriers, aggregators, CPaaS providers, and OTT platforms. You will contribute to the commercial success, operational health, and overall satisfaction of your partners.

This is a hands-on position suited to individuals with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a commercial mindset, and an eagerness to build a career in the telecoms sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and development of a portfolio of key wholesale SMS accounts (both buy and sell side)

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities with international carriers and aggregators

  • Optimize routing and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality

  • Conduct regular business reviews and in-depth performance analyses with key partners

  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and volume commitments

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, legal, billing, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and successful partner onboarding

  • Monitor and analyze SMS traffic quality and proactively escalate issues where necessary

  • Represent modulus at major industry events and conferences (e.g., Capacity, GCCM) to strengthen our global network and brand presence

Must have

  • Degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience in account management, business development, B2B sales, or international business

  • Strong interest in building a career in the international telecoms industry

  • Substantial commercial awareness and negotiation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive international environment

  • Willingness to travel internationally to attend key industry events

  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)

Good to have

  • 1 year of experience in telecoms, preferably in wholesale Voice/SMS

  • Familiarity with telecom KPIs and tools for traffic analysis

  • Experience working with international carriers or aggregators

  • Knowledge of an extra language is a plus (e.g. Spanish, Arabic, French)
