Blossom Travel, a thriving boutique travel agency based in the vibrant coastal suburb of Glyfada, Greece, is seeking an experienced Travel Designer to join our dynamic team. We specialize in crafting bespoke outbound travel experiences for our discerning, well-traveled clients and VIPs, who expect unparalleled service and attention to detail. As our agency grows, we need a passionate professional with expertise in luxury travel design to elevate our offerings and deliver extraordinary journeys. Key Responsibilities:

• Design customized outbound travel itineraries for high-net-worth clients and VIPs, including luxury accommodations, private tours, exclusive experiences, and seamless logistics.

• Engage directly with clients to understand their travel preferences, histories, and desires, delivering tailored itineraries that exceed expectations.

• Utilize Amadeus or Sabre ticketing systems to manage bookings, reservations, and itinerary adjustments with precision and efficiency.

• Build and maintain relationships with global suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure premium services and resolve issues swiftly.

• Provide exceptional, white-glove client support throughout the planning process and post-trip follow-up.

• Stay informed on global travel trends, emerging destinations, and luxury travel innovations to inspire and enhance our offerings.

• Collaborate with the team on special projects, such as creating new travel packages or mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel design, with a focus on outbound luxury travel for sophisticated clients and VIPs.

• Proficiency in Amadeus or Sabre ticketing systems is required; familiarity with additional GDS platforms is an advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of international destinations, luxury travel products, and logistics.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with high-profile clients.

• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.

Job Details:

• Location:
  Full-time position based in our Glyfada office, located in the heart of this vibrant coastal hub.

• Schedule:
  5 days per week, with our office open 6 days a week to serve our clients' needs.

• Commitment:
  This is a full-time, in-office role requiring presence in Glyfada to foster collaboration and maintain our high service standards.
