Lead Mechanical Engineer

Empiria Group is seeking a skilled engineer to join our team. As a civil engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our diverse portfolio of hotels and luxury villas across the Greek islands and the Peloponnese.

This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, advisory capabilities, and hands-on technical expertise. You will work closely with hotel management and technical teams to maintain operational excellence, ensure uninterrupted functionality of all building systems, and support new projects and expansions.

• Collaborate with maintenance teams across hotels and villas to design and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance plans.">
• Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations and drive energy efficiency and cost optimization across all facilities.">
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of hotels and monitor the performance of contractors.">
• Prepare bi-annual reports for the management on maintenance status, expenses, risks, and priorities.">

• Degree in Engineering.">
• 3+ years' experience in a role involving mechanical and electrical knowledge.">
• Deep knowledge of hotels' MEP systems.">
• Willingness to travel frequently between islands and facilities.">
• Experience managing technical teams across multiple sites.">
• Fluency in Greek and English language.">
• Familiarity with Greek building codes and regulations.">
• Background in renovations, expansions, or construction projects.">
