Mechanical Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Service Manager located in Athens | Glyfada. The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, coordinating the activities of service technicians, and ensuring that service operations are running smoothly. In this role, the HVAC Service Manager will also be expected to identify opportunities for service expansion, provide technical training to technicians, and maintain good relationships with clients.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair

Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role

Demonstrated expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair

Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Experience with project management and customer relations is a plus.

Good knowledge of English and computer use.

Ability to travel to customer locations, as required
