We are currently seeking a skilled
Voyage Performance Analyst

to join our team. The role focuses on monitoring and optimizing vessel performance, ensuring compliance with environmental and commercial standards and supporting data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring & analyzing ships' daily, monthly performance reports / trends on energy performance indicators and identifying the areas of optimization.
  • Monitoring vessel performance against TCP, identifying potential deviations, coordinating internally to ensure compliance, providing claims support.
  • Leading monitoring of EU MRV, CII and relevant regulatory requirements and data submission.
  • Supporting development of new data reporting and analysis tools / systems.
  • Providing reports with updates and roadmaps to Management for confirming commercial, technical, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Mechanical / Naval / Marine Engineering or other Engineering Science.
  • At least 2 years' previous experience in a similar role.
  • English language skills minimum B2 or equivalent – preferably C1 (or Graduate studies in English language).
  • Proficient in computer skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office, Power Bi and ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with strong analytical mindset.
