Corporate Travel Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Corporate Travel Manager
to lead our corporate travel operations and ensure high-quality services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate travel management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Corporate Travel Department.
  • Manage and develop a team of Travel Consultants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to secure the best rates and agreements.
  • Monitor travel policies and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Analyze travel data and prepare reports on costs, savings, and trends.
  • Handle complex travel arrangements and resolve escalated issues or crises.
  • Collaborate with management to design strategies for business growth and client retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate travel, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Excellent knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus or Sabre) and corporate travel platforms.
  • Strong understanding of international travel regulations, policies, and supplier contracts.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (Cosmos ERP knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, optimize processes, and deliver cost savings.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
