Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO

As a strategic partner to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth management of their schedule, communications, and priorities. This high-profile role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's diary, schedule, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items with a high level of professionalism.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and documents on behalf of the CEO, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Serve as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling confidential information with utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress, providing proactive solutions to optimize the CEO's productivity.
  • Provide comprehensive support in both professional and selected personal matters, ensuring seamless coordination with discretion and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant at senior management or C-suite level, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven support.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences and situations.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • A high level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital collaboration tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands, with a flexible and agile approach to work.
  • A background in education, consulting, or a mission-driven organization is a plus, but not essential.
