Job Overview

As a Junior Influencer Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, drive sales. You will work closely with the influencer marketing team to identify, onboard, and handle relationships with influencers across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Identification and Outreach:

  • Research and identify relevant influencers within our target audience and industry.

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to develop influencer marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, including product shipments, content guidelines, and deadlines.

Relationship Building:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure influencers are aligned with brand values and messaging.

Content Development and Coordination:

  • Provide guidance and feedback to influencers
  • Coordinate content posting schedules and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
